Thirteen Things That Are Making Me Happy This Week

1. Morning sex.

2. The anticipation of receiving some makeup I ordered. I hope it gets here soon!

3. Evening sex.

4. Girlie time last weekend and this weekend.

5. The anticipation of buying more bedroom toys. And porn. And wine. And books.

6. Starting a new book.

7. My pants are fitting more and more loosely.

8. My hair looks fantastic. Havana Brown loves me.

9. Cuddly pups and watching the Westminster Dog Show on DVR. (Don’t give it away!)

10. Healthy chocolate.

11. Pretty sparkly on my finger.

12. My mom is coming for a visit in March. I miss her.

13. Opening a restaurant. Lancelot’s last day is next Thursday, and after that it’s full speed ahead on our dream come true. Here’s hoping for an April opening.

    Please let lancelot know that I’d be happy to do anything to help, including put paint on walls. I like painting.

    Wow! Opening a restaurant! That’s so exciting! Can you give us a hint what kind of food you’ll serve? If I were to open a restaurant, it’d be Italian. Mmmm. I love garlic.

    Mmmm… garlic. Ours will be stuff like shrimp and grits and fried green tomatoes and gumbo and pork chops with baked apples and cornbread. Yummy, down home, regional stuff with a bit of a flair, since Lancelot is a classically trained French chef. — Gypsy

    god, I seriously need to dye my hair, my silver friends have come back to say hi, and they’ve brought their relatives. I like that colour of yours actually.

    yippee about the restaurant. i’m so super excited for you. at my last job, our head chef and our pastry chef were from france. mmmmm…i do miss their cuisine. if i’m ever out in your neck of the woods, i’m stopping byfor sure! :)

    Me? I’m jealous. Of just about everything on your list. Congrats on the restaurant; that’s so exciting! Good for you both for following your dreams!

    Tell me how you like that makeup; I use Bare Minerals (you can get it at Sephora.com – I love it and have hooked everyone I know on it), which, by the way, has all-over face colors that have exactly the same names as your company’s. Hmmm.

    I’ve used Bare Minerals and found them a bit too shiny (and expensive!), so I did some research and come upon Aromaleigh, which I love. They have gorgeous stuff. But then in doing some more research I discovered Lumiere, which is just so reasonably priced I had to order some. I’ll keep you posted! — Gypsy
